Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If evidence of this is found, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be cancelled at any time, and funds on deposit may not be returned.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposits

You can deposit funds at juya using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawals

4.1 Welcome Bonus

juya offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x — applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 (৳1,000 × 15) before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If juya determines that a member is improperly claiming bonus benefits or abusing bonuses, juya reserves the right to cancel the bonus and withdraw any associated winnings. Additional specific terms may apply to each bonus.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

juya's VIP program has four tiers, each offering progressively greater benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4% — earned upon moving up from Bronze
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6% — earned upon moving up from Silver
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8% — juya's highest membership tier

VIP tier advancement depends on a user's activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is calculated weekly and paid according to specific rules. juya reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on juya:

• Attempting to earn money through fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing using bots, automated software, or any other technological advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting system bugs or errors.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds or payment methods.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving improperly towards other members.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Reports may be filed with the relevant authorities if necessary.
